Why is the Member Name locked?
When you search for an agent, that agent’s name automatically appears here.
That way your review is linked to the correct agent.
Why do you need the Client Name?
This way we can cross reference the specific referral.
All we need is the last name.
We never contact clients.
Why do you need the Date Referred?
This way we can cross reference the specific referral.
We never contact clients.
How does the rating system work?
When you click on a star, it brightens.
Click a brightened star and it grays again.
The agent’s record tracks the number of stars that each reviewer has awarded.
Those awarded stars are then averaged.
One star: “Very disappointed. Never again.”
Two: “Average job - got it done.”
Three: “Good job and client was happy.”
Four: “First class and clients were very happy.”
Five: “Amazing to work with! Clients were thrilled.”
Why only 140 characters?
That’s about 25 words* which is enough to quickly convey your feelings about this agent.
Our objective is to provide a quick thumbnail to help agents determine if this is the right referral agent to work with their valuable referral client.
*According to research by Miller, Newman, and Friedman, "the average length of a function word was 3.13 letters; for a content word the average was 6.47 letters." To get the estimates above, we assumed that words in sentences range from 4 to 7 letters, so we used 5.6 letters per word.
Why is My Name Required?
Taking ownership of a task, service or opinion tends to make the result far better and more honest.
The person being reviewed treats the reviewer’s opinion far more seriously if the reviewer has taken personal responsibility for what has been said.
This also minimizes some of the nasty comments that are all too often posted on some web sites.
Obviously, we will delete reviews that include any inappropriate comments.
Once Posted, your review cannot be changed.
Before you click “Post,” ask yourself, “Is this what I would say to this agent in a face-to-face meeting?”
